Benefits of Wespine Blue for the Builder
High Affordability
Now Builders can now better afford to provide the additional assurance of a termite and European House Borer protected
frame for their clients.
Peace of Mind
Not only will the Builder have peace of mind that their home's wall and roof
framing will be protected from termite and European House Borer destruction but will be able to provide
their clients with the same peace of mind. This means that even if termites do get
into the home, the potential for them to do serious damage to the structure is very limited.
Guarantee
The transferable 25 year conditional guarantee on protection of treated framing
timber against termites and European House Borer ensures that the Builder is covered for the long term.
Builders can recommend Wespine Blue treated framing to their clients and be confident that they
will not have call backs for termite and borer damage to the treated structural timber (see guarantee form for conditions).
This will also help Builders differentiate their projects by promoting the additional value of termite and European House Borer
resistant construction to their clients.
Traceability
The treatment is a uniquely identifiable formulation, evidenced on the timber by the
brand - "H2F" and a date stamp. To claim on the guarantee the home owner simply
need contact Wespine or Osmose to establish a claim.
